These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the F5 Dev website (the "Site") and any services we provide ("Services"). By accessing the Site or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

1. Who we are

"F5 Dev", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the company F5 Dev. "You" refers to the individual or entity accessing the Site or using our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site or our Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe the rights of any third party.
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful content.
  • Interfere with the proper operation of the Site.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or related systems.

4. Engagement terms

Any consulting, development, or related professional services we provide will be governed by a separate written agreement (such as a master services agreement, statement of work, or order form) between F5 Dev and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the engagement-specific agreement controls with respect to those Services.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, including all content, design, code, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to F5 Dev and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Unless we have given you written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Site.

Ownership of work products created in the course of an engagement is governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

6. Confidentiality

We treat information shared with us in the course of project enquiries and engagements as confidential. We are happy to sign an NDA prior to any substantive discussion. Likewise, we ask that you treat any non-public information shared by us with the same level of care.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by F5 Dev. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, F5 Dev disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, F5 Dev will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any failure of the Site, even if F5 Dev has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Liability arising from any specific engagement is limited as set out in the relevant engagement agreement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless F5 Dev and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which F5 Dev is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
